A Half-Day Retreat of Rest, Reflection, and Embodied Care
Facilitated by Theresa Chavez and Sarah Stepans
Held & Honored is a gentle invitation to pause, soften, and be deeply supported. This half-day retreat is designed to offer space for rest, release, and reconnection—within yourself and in community. Together, we’ll move slowly and intentionally, honoring where you are and what your body is ready to receive.
Through a blend of ritual, sound, movement, and stillness, you’ll be guided into a state of grounded presence where healing unfolds naturally—without forcing, fixing, or striving.
What’s Included
🌿 Essential Oil Ritual
Begin with an intentional essential oil experience to uplift, ground, and empower—supporting your nervous system and setting the tone for the day.
🌬️ Breathwork & Reiki Paired with Sound Healing
Experience breathwork and reiki woven with sound healing to support energetic release, emotional balance, and deep relaxation.
🥁 Drumming & Sound
Rhythmic drumming and sound invite grounding, connection, and gentle release—helping you return to your body and the present moment.
🖐️ DIY Self-Care Kit
Craft a personalized self-care kit (lip balm, lotion, and spritzer) to take home as a reminder of the care you cultivated during the retreat.
🌀 Optional Spinal Flow Group Sessions (investment $44)
Enhance your experience with the option to add two 20-minute Spinal Flow group sessions—one before and one after the retreat—to support integration, alignment, and nervous system regulation.
🍎 Nourishing Snacks
Light snacks will be provided throughout the day to support gentle, sustained nourishment.
Who This Retreat Is For
This retreat is for anyone craving rest, reflection, and reconnection. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to arrive as you are and receive.
Come be held.
Come be honored.
Leave feeling softer, steadier, and more connected to yourself.
