Join us on March 7th @ 7pm-9pm. This is a mindful dance party in a club-like setting to popular dance music.

The intention behind this time is to move your body and be able to lose yourself in the rhythm of fun dance music. During time on the dance floor, dancers are asked to just dance by themselves unless invited to dance together. Talking is asked to be taken to the lobby so that the studio may be kept as a dance floor.
