Join Meghan Lucas, Master Pilates Instructor, for an early morning mat session to start the day! Each class will be 45-50 minutes long, from 6-7am MST Wednesday mornings, and based on the classical mat exercises of Joseph Pilates.
This is a modality centered on core strength AND full body mobility and control. All exercises can be modified and adjusted to suit what your body needs, and the magic of this work is beginners can easily work alongside seasoned practitioners.
Most of this practice is done lying on the floor, so bring a mat! The Collective has some mats and props available.
