Come into the dark to breathe, move and journey.

In the Darkness, there is light.

In Movement, there is stillness.

In Sound, there is silence.

Ritual Trance Dance is a powerful shamanic technique that helps facilitate healing through breath, movement and sound.

In this technique - the dancer places a blindfold/bandana for the entire experience, the breathing technique begins the journey, and the music guides each individual's movement - no choreography. Your moves and journey are your own.

This dance is for you.

What to bring:

-Your Body

-Your Breath

- Wear comfortable clothes that you are able to freely move in.

- If you have a special bandana/blindfold to use, please feel welcome to bring it, if not - I have one for you to borrow.

- A water bottle
