45 minute session | Sliding Scale

Join us for a sound healing session during the September Harvest Full Moon. The full moon is a great time to release anything which is no longer serving you. You will be invited to create an intention, wish or prayer for our time together.

Come early (6:00 pm) to enjoy tea, be in community and draw an oracle card if you wish.

Sound baths are a group experience where sound washes over and through the body while lying on a yoga mat with the head towards the singing bowls. If lying down is not comfortable, you may sit in a chair. Individuals may use props to ensure comfort. Individuals are not expected to do anything during a session except clear their mind and be curious. The singing bowls are from Nepal and made of a special seven metal alloy of gold, silver, iron, mercury, tin, copper, and lead. Each metal represents the seven chakras and the seven heavenly bodies. Each bowl is fine tuned to affect an individual chakras.
